GLD and UST are suddenly throwing the error message "Symbol is Unknown" upon connecting to Interactive Brokers. I am able to reference both of these symbols within the Interactive Brokeres portal--in numerous ways. I have consulted IB customer support; they report that nothing has changed on their end. Please advise as to what is causing this problem. Please advise the resolution. |
