The reason for this problem is that there is some problem with the Symbol Settings. Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:

After this re-download the data following the instructions here:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart

If you still have a problem, perform a "Full Reset" of the Symbol Settings.
