OK we finally now caught on to what you are saying. We realize that the Time Zone setting which is listed as "Phoenix" which does not make any daylight savings time adjustments is mislabeled and it is being changed to "Arizona". According to what you are saying Phoenix is using different rules than Arizona. Therefore, you really just need to switch between Los Angeles and Denver time zones as needed.
