One thing we will say is that Sierra Chart does set the Client ID number which is given to TWS when Sierra Chart connects to TWS. This is set through Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. However, we understood that you did already understand this. It Interactive Brokers were to take proper responsibility, they would quickly recognize that this whole model they have is illogical and all connected clients should be able to access all orders and positions for the same account no matter where they originated from.
