This is not a setting that Sierra Chart sets when connecting to Interactive Brokers. And Interactive Brokers needs to answer your questions. Not us. You surely do have a talent though in pissing off even the most loyal of users. We are not making any apologies here. Interactive Brokers needs to do a better job and these questions need to be brought to Interactive Brokers. And it also does not matter to us if we lose business over this.
