There is only one core available (configured in the virtual machine) - however: I doubt is has something to do with the cores as the issue came up with the upgrade from Windows 7 to 10. Additionally my latest findings show, that it works out very well with RDP-connections in lower resolutions but not with the 4k im currently using. I am aware this goes beyond SierraChart in special but do you have any idea how I can make SierraChart run using 4k with the same performance as I had using Win7 (of course also with RDP and 4k) and/or using Win10 with RDP and resolutions lower 4k?
