We do not know what this means.

Also, if you know that your computers clock is properly synchronized to an Internet timeserver which uses an atomic clock, then you can be certain that the timestamps are correct in the Trade Activity Log.

If you do not see " Timestamp Using Local Computer Clock. ", then it does not exist for the particular Data or Trading service you are using.
