Hello, I have a problem to get to my charts data from SC data feed. Everything should be activated and subscribed but if I set IB for trading,I get some data, but those data are from IB, not from Sierra. I cannot see [M] indicator as described and also chart DOM has just the nearest one bid and ask volume - data from IB. I cant get to point, I would have Dow Jones Industries futures YM-201603-ECBOT from Sierra data feed. Could you please describe step by step how to get it? I need to be sure I have tick data, not compressed from IB, because I trade volume bars. Thank you in advance for help. |
