The reason for this problem is very technical and we do not know exactly why it is happening. We would rather you not use Rithmic and consider another trading platform service like CQG. The problem with Rithmic is that it uses an API component. Although it is a very uncommon problem. We have only heard about it about three times which is quite minimal considering the number of users we have using Rithmic. We see that Future Path also supports CQG: http://futurepathtrading.com/third-party-platforms/ Could they set you up on the CQG system?
