The documentation referred to explained that if you do not see the current Position on the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions tab, then that is not being provided by the external service.


However, in your case this is the problem that applies:

You need to update Sierra Chart and update to the version that uses "New Spreadsheet". Follow the instructions here:
