For each Alert Number it is possible to set a User Defined Name. Refer to the documentation here for this: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GeneralSettings.html#AlertSoundSettings So you can set "Hello World" as a User Defined Name on any of the 150 Alert Numbers. Once that is done, you can specify a specific Alert Number from a Symbol Alert. This User Defined Name will be in the email message.
