We explained the difference is with the Symbol between the chart and what is listed in the Orders tab. Is very unfortunate simple requests given to Interactive Brokers to improve their system are disregarded. We do not make apologies about blaming Interactive Brokers and complaining to them. It is fully the responsibility of Interactive Brokers to take responsibility and design a proper system. Perhaps they will one day. Anyway, we may build to solve this relatively easily. What is the exact symbol of the chart and what is the exact symbol that you see in the Symbol field in the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders tab.
