The reason for this problem is that the Trading Technologies server is transmitting the Bid and Ask values at 10 times their actual value and this is causing the historical Intraday data in your case to get filtered out. Disable error filtering as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ErrorFilter.html#DisablingErrorFiltering And then re-download the data in the chart with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
