I have 2 different languages installed on my computer: Finnish and Russian additionally to default English. Language is set to Finnish. Now on the chart if I use Text Utility to enter a text where I have so called scandinavian special characters in it for example (ö, Ö, ä, Ä, å, Å) they are working properly while I am creating the object. But if I later go to Modify it, then those special charaters are changed to Russian. Please see attached examples.
