Fairly easy to do. The attached picture shows a simple example where green arrows indicate a higher high than the previous bar and red arrows indicate a lower low than the previous bar. You can go through the attached chartbook to see how I did it. Note that the chartbook expects to find data for the symbol 'ES-201603-GLOBEX' when it opens. So, if you don't have data for that symbol, just change the symbol name to something you do have after you open it.
