Thanks for the updates. I've done the changes to TWS as suggested so that I have log files to provide IB. I haven't had any problems today after 3 trades so I will hold off on contacting them until it happens again so that at least there will be something in the log file to look at. I will update this thread if it does happen again and will hopefully also have a good answer from them if they find something wrong. |
