Set the Calculate Developing POC and Value Area input with the Volume by Price study to Yes.


I want the bars to be colored blue when the high price of that bar goes above the "Value Area High" level within the Volume by Price study

This can be done by using the Color Bar Based on Alert Condition study which will reference the Value Area High/Low Subgraphs of the Volume by Price study:
