Post From: How to Mark Chart for Constantly Changing Study Condition?

Is there a way to place a permanent notation on the chart (arrow, color bar, dash, whatever) that will stay on the chart even though the study conditions for that particular bar are no longer confirming? For example, if I want the bars to be colored blue when the high price of that bar goes above the "Value Area High" level within the Volume by Price study, how can I have them remain colored if the Value Area High has changed and the conditions that were true when those bars were formed are no longer true since the Value Area High has changed. I would like to be able to look at the chart and see when the bars were above or below the Value Area High when those bars formed...even though they may no longer be above or below the Value Area High at the current time since the Value Area High is variable and changing throughout the day.
