I have been experimenting with auto trading using the Spreadsheet System for Trading. When trying simple crossovers using CROSSFROMBELOW and CROSSFROMABOVE, I receive spurious signals that are not indicated on the chart but are sent to the trade service. When I try to reproduce these signals in replay mode, they do not occur; only the legitimate signals are shown and taken. I have the “Signal Only On Bar Close” and “Strict Signal On Bar Close Evaluation” settings enabled. Am I missing another key setting, or is this normal behavior? |
