Thanks a lot for your effort, but I did not understand why 16? or you mean 17? Because even by filtering out Sunday data prior to 16 EST there would still be an error, even if only for one hour. But if it is the 16 EST, in your interest, better to do nothing. Or, likely, I did not understand what you are going to do.
