No nothing happens. I deleted the downloaded file, restarted the computer, tried to run it which every way I could think of, different web browsers, downloaded into different folders, tried to run as administrator... No luck. Nothing ever appears besides the above mentioned process being run in the task bar. Actually, sometimes there is this process 3 times, after only clicking and trying to run it once. Somehow the process opens up 3x. And then I am unable to end the process through task manager, have to restart the computer to clear/close the sierrachartsetupnoclr process.
