Hey guys, I have been trying to download the Sierra Charts for the free trial and I just cannot do so on my Windows 7 laptop. I have read the how to link for installation, read the help topic 24, downloaded the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010, tried to Save file and clicked the icon of the downloads and also alternatively tried to run it off Internet Explorer directly (after deleting all previously downloaded versions) as opposed to saving it first, and it never goes anywhere. In the task manager a SierraChartSetupNoCLR process pops up every time, but nothing else happens and moreover I am unable to force end this process either, which is weird. Tried to run it as admin, and it makes no difference, nothing happens, besides appearance of the above mentioned process in task manager. Being just an average user, got no idea what to do. Tried to google around with no luck and for now I am helpless. Thank you for your help!
