Could there be a glitch in the FIX-API itself, that a reset or other action (from within SC) would resolve?

...as the Username & Password I am using are 100% correct, as I can successfully login to www.MyFXCM.com to view my account and successfully login to the FXCM platform (Marketscope) on my PC.
