What exactly did the documentation tell you? Hint: Step 5 says contact TransAct Support. The documentation is very clear and is meant to help you. There is no need to be contacting us further about this. Why do you think it is an issue with our servers? Since you are using TransAct you are connecting to TransAct servers. All market data and trading functionality is provided by TransAct. None of it comes from Sierra Chart other than historical daily data and the market statistics data.
