Hi, I was SIM trading today with Rithmic data feed. I left my charts for a few minutes around 13:00 and when I came back (around 14:00), the charts were frozen in time (the countdown timer was stuck at the same numbers, the bars were stuck at the same place since around 13:15, etc...) The connection status bar on the chart is green and says connected but everything is frozen (I can draw stuff on the charts but no data coming in). I tried to disconnect and reconnect and still the same thing. I even rebooted my desktop but with no success????? Thank you
