I believe that at the 12:56 and 13:08 times on 11-19-15 I had purposely put in an order on the chart DOM, noted that the entry price line disappeared within 5-10 seconds later, the DOM no longer registered the value of the trade, I then exited the trade with either the stop or target line, and then found that the TWS had initiated a Reverse Trade at my exit price that I then cancelled through the TWS.
