When the order either hit the target or stop the trade appeared to terminate on the chart (Target and Stop lines disappeared) but a Reverse trade was immediately initiated on the TWS. I then had to go into the TWS and cancel that reverse trade. Please don't tell me that this could Never happen because this is what I observed. I am not very smart, but I do know what I see.
Regarding this, it is not possible that Sierra Chart would be submitting another order in response to a Target or Stop order being filled, unless you have an automated trading system that is doing that and we assume you do not.

However, we want to locate in the Trade Activity Log you provided where this happened so we can explain what happened as best as we can based on the information we see.

But we do not know where to look in this log because it is very long. Do you have an order number (Service Order ID)? Or the exact Date-Time this occurred? Look through the trading log in the Trader Workstation and provide us some order information from there that we can use to match up to this log.
