We have done a test and we do not see the issue. Troubleshooting this is going to be very difficult due to the complex nature by which T4 symbols are subscribed to. We are working on a new interface to T4 that uses FIX. We are getting close to completing this. It is not productive for us to be spending time with the old API and the old interface. One reason we are changing to FIX is because of problems like this that we do not have control over. If they have a paid Sierra Chart account, we are happy to give them a refund .
