OK our belief is there is something going wrong within Sierra Chart but at this point we do not know what. We are going to test the Chartbooks next week. We do not need anything further . We can just use your existing Chartbooks and open multiple copies of them, and duplicate charts. But please do try another system and let us know if you see the problem because if not, then there probably is not a problem within Sierra Chart.
