Hello, We have a Sierra Chart user reporting issues with attempting to pull up data from the Gold markets using a CTS connection. I contacted CTS earlier this morning and was told to get in contact with you guys. I have attempted to replicate the problem on my end, using the same symbol codes, but have been unable to do so. He appears to be connecting just fine, but continues to see "Invalid Symbol" errors for the GC market. Here is a copy of his connection log. Please let us know if you have any questions.
