I am currently using Bill Williams Fractals. It is ID6 and SG1 for short arrow and SG2 for long arrow. I have reviewed the alert documentation and couldn't see anything for alerting when the arrow appears. I've tested a handful of different formulas with no success. What is the syntax I would use?
