When using FXCM FIX Trading with an account opened in the United States, CFD contracts cannot be traded. They simply are not allowed under the law in the US. FXCM's system should have rejected the order but apparently it just has not responded to the order and that is why it remains in an "Order Sent" state. Although maybe you have to increase the quantity to 10 or higher. Probably 1 is below the limit. But still the system should have rejected the order.
