I'm having trouble downloading the back-adjusted continuous contract data. I'm connected through the OEC FIX and have followed the instruction in this page http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html I've specified the start date to be 2010-1-1 for the ESZ5, but the chart only loaded from 2013-3-6 and stopped downloading What seems to be the problem?
