Dear ladies and gentlemen, I'm using the CQG datafeed but cannot connect the data-feed as of today. Could you please check where the issue is and come back to me on that? I tried to reconnect several times but the status always stopps with "Waiting to reconnect...". I'm not the only one with the issue - a trading colleague of mine is experiencing the same issue... the datafeed is payed, so this should not be the issue... Thank you & best regards, Markus |
