It seems that the problem was session times... FYI, the setting was 00:00 to 23:59 on the chart, and it seems that the session times that are defaulted with both Multicharts and NinjaTrader are the following: Sunday 1700 to Monday 1600 Monday 1700 to Tuesday 1600 Tuesday 1700 to Wednesday 1600 Wednesday 1700 to Thursday 1600 Thursday 1700 to Friday 1600 Multicharts has a definition section where you can create session time templates, then you map a symbol to a template. As far as I can determine, SC doesn't have that, I did chanvge the session time to start from 1700 and stop at 1600 and the bars look similar now. From my understanding there is a global session time specified somewhere, and then this can be overrridden at the chart level? I assume there is no place to make a session template and map it to an instrument. Is this correct?
