Ok, thank you for this information. However, I have another issue with my Sierra Exchange service in that various symbols do not update in real time, and not all will deliver real time Intra-day data. A specific example is $DJWM, which will load data upon startup, but rarely updates after than. Furthermore, an intraday chart for this symbol shows no data at all. This is a bit frustrating, in that I thought I was getting real time data with this service. Apparently it is "Part time Real Time" and sometimes (as in intraday) no data is supplied at all. My question is: how/where do I find out what is RT, Delayed, No data at all? |
