So you are performing simulated trading and you do not see the order fills on that same chart you are trading from? And on the Trade Activity Log?

If you do not see the order fills on the Trade Activity Log, then tell us the control settings at the top of the Trade Activity Log that you have.

You definitely will see the order activity in the Trade Activity Log. If you are not, then you do not have one of the settings at the top set correctly. That is very obvious.

Does this happen during a replay or real-time updating of a chart?

Make sure your computer's clock is set accurately. Refer to help topic 38:

May be: I see on the chart account (Sim) and in trade window chart I see account Sim1. Could it be the reason?
No this is not related.
