The orders were entered from Sierra Chart. In fact I distinctly remember buying London Cocoa and seeing my stop and targets disappear after the order filled. SC is able to see the stop and targets if I update them on the TWS side. If I so much as move one of them it shows "Pending modify", they disappear, and I see an error in the logs: Trading Message from IB: Duplicate order id. Error Code: 103. ServiceOrderID: 0. \| 2015-10-20 03:15:13 In fact, I just did this with the CC position.
