Updating the prices of targets and stops on the TWS side allows SC to see the orders. If I then refresh orders from trade service - they disappear. Additionally, if I move a stop or limit after it becomes visible, the order disappears and does not update in TWS. After updating the limit-based targets they become visible in SC, but the associated stop-position is listed as "unknown" for both of these instruments.
