Either this is going to be a CQG issue that we do not have control over, or you have set Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >>Maximum Depth Levels Displayed to 5. It is definitely not related to the newer Sierra Chart version. Nothing has changed with the CQG market data processing but we will check on that.
