Hello, I would like to use SMS alert notification service, I bought additional service balance, I set the alert, I have enabled option to send SMS messages on alerts in my Account Control Panel of course. When I set it to send alert on my email, it works well. But when I set it to send me an SMS, it doesnt work an this error appears: Alert SMS error: Authentication Failed. Restart Sierra Chart. I tried to restart SC several times, it didnt help. I upgradet to the newest version of SC, restart it, but it again doesnt work and the erorr log is the same. I am from Czech republic and I try to send the SMS on my phone number 777229630. I used properly the part before my number, to my country it is +420 or 00420. I tried both, but nothing works.
