Hello, We are going to be implementing additional discounts for long-term users. The discount received will be depending about how much paid usage time you have. What you will receive is the following: 10% off listed prices for every year of usage time you have already paid for. The maximum is 30%. You will still be entitled to the multi-month purchase discount. Also, the pricing for Sierra Chart unless you become a reseller, is going to be consistent for all users. In some cases we have been offering discounts to certain groups but the administrative effort and the pricing inconsistencies it creates, has created a problem for us. We expect the long-term user discounts to be implemented sometime in October (this month). Please do not ask us anything about this at this time until everything is all implemented.
