This is not correct: with a feature not working on your software,
We have verified this. We did not know you were using chart bars of 1 day per bar. Although the bar for Monday will have a starting date of Sunday based upon the Session Times you are using, they do not include any Sunday data if the option to load weekend data is disabled. And as we indicated, in an upcoming release, this will be changed where they will include Sunday data. If that is not what you require, we can possibly add support for this, but we are not willing to do that unless you have a direct paid account. You need to understand the amount of effort involved in handling many of these Support Requests. This is not customer service. This is engineering level support and requires very careful analysis.
