No, the DAX Cash Index data is not available. The exchange fees for this are too high to make it worth it. This is what was communicated to us by Barchart. This is another problem with this industry. Exchanges charging ridiculous amounts of money to access the data. Even though they provide a public function. They should not be charging anything for the data other than reasonable physical connection fees for the data vendors. There should not be any redistribution fees or exchange fees. There is so much we could do with the EUREX including market statistics. The answers are the same from both TeleTrader and Barchart, and that it is the very high exchange fees which interfere with all of this.
