This is a highly unusual problem and we have not been able to reproduce it or have heard of it before. We did some checks of the code where we think there might have been a problem and could not identify anything wrong. We think it might be related to recent support added for using keyboard shortcuts for TPO splitting and merging. We made a couple of changes to that, that might help.
