Hello, I am using TeleTrader data feed. As of late everytime I close Sierra Chart and reopen my chartbook the latest cumulative delta volume data is not downloaded / updated within the charts (note: I have six days of historic bid and ask data coming with the feed). Thus data is missing. All other studies (volume etc..) are correctly updated. I am thus using "Edit/Download Intraday Chart" to get the missing data. I have to repeat this process for each chart which is cumbersome. Why is this data not updated once I open the Chartbook? Did I change something unintenationally? Thanks. Best SH. |
