I have working charts for CL futures that work fine. The chart was duplicated and a new symbol,ERX, was selected. This chart does not update. I'm using the SC data feed. The pictures were taken within a minute of each other. I have tried loading other stocks/equities and they don't update. The futures charts do. I'm stumped, what's going on ? Thank you from the newbie.
