We will make this update now: Made a dupe of the symbol and changed it to SPI-######-SNFE-AUD-25 and it now appears to be downloading data. Update Sierra Chart to get the latest settings and change the symbols of your charts to use the new symbol format. We are aware of the kind of errors which would require this change, but we did not see them in the provided Message Log. Although we do see them now when searching. The problem is the log was very large and the messages relating to historical data from Interactive Brokers which we were looking at were not showing this error.
