they should be made aware of this problem so they can take further action to resolve it. This is why we recommend contacting them.

I did contact them. They had told me that they couldn't fix it.


If you right-click on the TransAct icon on your system tray, you will see an option that says Mode 1. We recommend enabling that. This may help to solve the problem. After changing that option, in Sierra Chart select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.

This comment alone is much more helpful than they were to me. I'll try out your suggestion. Thanks for the support :)
