User63632, if you find out the solution, please post it in here. I contacted them about this (TransAct support), and they told me that I simply had to restart the InfinityAT program every day to fix it. That it isn't something that can be permanently fixed.

Due to this. I had to move my money from them, and into another broker. I haven't had any trouble with my other broker, Global Futures.

Due to the Infinity support, I like them, but this issue provided a lot of trouble for me. To note on support from Global, they have always solved issues of mine quickly and clearly as well.
